Women's Basketball Plays at Roundball Classic

ACC's Ladyjacks women's basketball team traveled to Mott Community College in Flint for the Roundball Classic this past weekend and came away with two losses.

The Lumberjacks opened play against the host Bears and came out on the short end of a 60-47 contest. Makayla Kamyszek led ACC with 18 points and seven rebounds. Allie Urlaub had 11 points and 10 rebounds. Emily Jackson scored nine points

Nationally ranked Schoolcraft College(7-1) defeated the Jacks, 74-37. Kamyszek scored 13 and Jackson tallied 10.

ACC (2-8) is on Christmas break until Saturday, Jan. 6 when they travel to Battle Creek to take on Kellogg Community College.

The Lumberjacks open conference play at home on Saturday, Jan. 13 against Muskegon Community College.
