Softball Plays in Cheboygan JUCO Tourney

The ACC softball team participated in a tournament in Cheboygan, falling to Mid-Michigan College, 11-4, to Mott Community College by an identical 11-4 score and to Delta College, 12-7.

Interim coach Danny Sage praised the Lumberjacks' effort and hitting, but a few defensive miscues prevented ACC from coming away with a win.

On the day, leading the way at the plate for the Jacks was Maggie Sandoval (4 for 7 on the day, 2B, HR and three RBI) and Alaina Neubecker (3 for 7, 2 2B and HR).
